Job summary

The FaithCircle Ltd is seeking its first US Church Partnerships and Community Lead, based in Dallas–Fort Worth. This remote, part-time contract (~20 hours/week) starts by engaging churches and campuses, demo-ing Ministry Hub, onboarding, and following up to get churches live.

Half your time will be with churches and their admins, and half with the faith community—campus ministries, young adults, and local creators. The role may grow to full-time as Dallas expands.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in church partnerships, ministry operations, community building or B2B sales.
• Relationships in the Dallas–Fort Worth church scene, or the warmth to build them quickly.
• Self-starting: comfortable being remote and the only one in your city, for now.

Responsibilities

• Demo Ministry Hub to pastors, executive pastors and church admins.
• Follow up until interest becomes a decision.
• Set up each Church Space with its team: ministries, rotas, giving and check-in.
• Train admins, and check in through the first months.
• Partner with campus ministries and young adult groups.
• Show up at faith events, and run a few of our own.
• Find and work with local Christian creators.
