IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Contractor Sales Representative to cover the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas market within IKO Metals.

This entry‑level to junior role focuses on building relationships with contractors, builders and architects while training for territory leadership within two years. You will drive demand through demonstrations, educate customers on IKO Metals products, and collaborate with local sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Management or Marketing preferred.
• Demonstrates good judgment with the capacity to independently evaluate situations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in building products industry.
• Previous experience in business-to-business sales or sales coordination.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory goals.
• Become an expert in all IKO Metals products and programs.
• Engage professional contractors, builders, and architects to drive demand.
• Perform product demonstrations and education sessions.
• Call on contractors, builders and architects to drive demand in a defined territory.
• Present products and programs to contractors, builders, and architects.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps from distribution channels.
• Monitor market conditions and communicate pricing conditions.
• Follow up on sales leads and conduct prospect calls.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Management or Marketing preferred
