Quarterback Transportation Inc. in Dallas seeks a Branch Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue across over-the-road, intermodal, warehouse, air and ocean services.

Based in Dallas, you will report to the EVP and guide branch strategy, pricing, and customer experience while coordinating with operations to meet expectations and targets. You will coach Account Managers, manage RFPs, maintain CRM pipeline, and build a local enterprise client base.

Qualifications

• Experience launching or scaling a new market or branch.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain top sales talent.
• Strong knowledge of North American transportation markets and pricing dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Dallas-based sales team to drive revenue across over-the-road, intermodal, warehouse, air and ocean services.
