Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure accurate financial statements for U.S. entities.
• Manage internal-controls, SOX, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with corporate finance for consolidated reporting.
• Provide guidance on revenue recognition and contract accounting.
