Job summary

CYBEX is seeking a VP of Finance to lead Controllership and FP&A for North America from our Boston/USA office. You will own GAAP-compliant close processes, lead a team of accounting managers, and drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

You will build financial models, deliver monthly variance analyses and KPIs, and provide strategic insights to leadership. The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and global finance coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in controllership and FP&A.
• Experience leading multi-entity, multi-currency finance teams.
• Strong ERP proficiency (SAP or equivalent) and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to influence at executive level and partner with Sales/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own NA accounting operations, GL, month/year-end close.
• Lead FP&A, annual budget, rolling forecasts, KPIs.
• Forecast cash flow and manage working capital.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and capital allocation.
• Lead pricing strategy and margin analysis for product portfolio.
• Serve as finance partner to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare board and executive reporting with clear narratives.
• Coordinate global finance reporting and intercompany alignment.
