Citi is seeking a Finance Accounting Group Manager in Irving, TX, to lead enterprise-wide finance initiatives, overseeing accounting, controllership, and regulatory reporting with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounting and a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, with CPA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting, Controllership, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Audit, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing accounting processes, reporting solutions, governance frameworks, and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, controllership, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting workstreams for strategic initiatives and new business capabilities.
• Assess accounting implications of new products, structures, servicing arrangements, and evolving business models.
• Design and implement accounting processes, operational workflows, controls, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to implement finance requirements and drive execution.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, corporate accounting policies, regulatory reporting requirements, and internal controls.
