Job summary

Tiger Analytics seeks a senior Technical Program Manager to lead a complex GCP modernization program in the retail sector. You will drive delivery across Data Delivery, AI/ML Insights, and Cross Workstream, partnering with executives and vendors to maintain RAID controls and financials.

The role requires 7+ years in technical program management, strong Tech Ops experience, and hands-on agile leadership. Located in Dallas, TX or willing to relocate, with a focus on enterprise-scale results.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise-scale tech programs, with GCP data, AI/ML, or infrastructure workstreams.
Proven ability to manage budgets, AOPs, forecasting, and cross-functional governance.
Strong executive communication up to C-suite and RAID management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple technical and business workstreams.
Drive governance, planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
Oversee infrastructure operations, platform provisioning, and IT operations delivery.
Execute budget tracking and financial management within a program context.
