Tiger Analytics is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives, including Generative AI and RAG systems. You will bridge AI research, software engineering, and business outcomes, partnering with architects and team leads to design production-grade architectures.

You will manage large-scale programs, coordinate distributed teams, and communicate progress to senior leadership and clients, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale, enterprise software programs.
• Proven track record in Generative AI and RAG systems deployment.
• Ability to translate technical updates for senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage large-scale AI programs from inception to production.
• Lead cross-functional teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.
• Design robust architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
• Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Communicate delivery progress to clients and stakeholders.
