Job summary

Tiger Analytics seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise AI projects, bridging AI research, software engineering, and business outcomes. You will drive end-to-end delivery of Generative AI applications, from RAG pipelines to multi-agent AI ecosystems.

In this role, you will coordinate data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers, translate technical updates for executives, and manage risks across global workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience delivering enterprise software programs.
• Experience building or deploying Generative AI tech, including RAG systems and agentic AI frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex updates clearly to senior leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale AI programs from inception to production.
• Lead cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, product managers).
• Design robust architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and align stakeholders on delivery plans and risks.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure success.
• Provide visibility into progress, blockers, and key decisions to clients.
