Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex cross‑functional initiatives. You will collaborate with engineering and business teams, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate progress to leadership and clients to keep priorities aligned.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, experience coordinating global teams, and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in client-facing environments.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple globally distributed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear business-focused communication for leadership and clients.
• Working knowledge of software delivery processes and technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills to build alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery planning for products built by multiple global teams, supporting clear documentation of technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track dependencies, identify risks, and facilitate timely resolution of delivery challenges across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on sprint and release planning to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams, serving as a key point of coordination for team leads and stakeholders.
• Organize regular syncs, stand-ups, and steering committee meetings to support alignment on priorities and shared delivery objectives.
• Help navigate competing priorities across teams and facilitate timely decisions and escalations when required.
• Translate technical progress into clear, business-focused updates covering program status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
