Job summary

Crown Technical Systems, based in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Planner Scheduler to aid materials and production functions. You will plan, schedule, and approve product releases in the production planning system based on material availability and capacity.

Responsibilities include creating production plans, inputting data, monitoring execution, and generating KPI reports. The role supports SCM, Order desk, and large customer programs, with a focus on timely ship dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1+ year of related experience.
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with planning systems and production scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production releases based on material and capacity.
• Input planning data into the company system and notify purchasing.
• Monitor plan execution and address deviations to meet ship dates.
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Generate reports on stock levels, KPI metrics, and CFT requirements.
• Support SCM and Order desk as needed and assist with program management.
