Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills for scheduling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain for materials availability
• Monitor capacity, machine availability, and labor resources
• Track work orders and production progress
• Adjust schedules for shortages, equipment issues, or demand changes
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and quality teams
• Maintain accurate production data in ERP/MRP systems
• Analyze production performance to identify efficiency gains
• Support inventory control by balancing production output and inventory levels
• Communicate priorities and schedule updates to manufacturing teams
