Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Dallas, TX seeks a Lead Migration Architect / Engagement Lead to design target architecture for Microsoft 365 migrations, focusing on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and hybrid file platforms.

You will define destination patterns, manage SOW scope, and coordinate across discovery, remediation, migration, validation and cutover, while ensuring audit evidence, retention and PII controls.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading enterprise file-share migrations to Microsoft 365 and hybrid file platforms.
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, ECFS/Panzura, ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.
• Experience delivering regulated financial-services programs with governance, security and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture, destination patterns and migration tool strategy.
• Establish path-length, folder-flattening, throttling and bandwidth approaches.
• Provide technical direction across discovery, remediation, migration, validation and cutover.
• Own technical escalations, vendor accountability, SOW scope control and executive reporting.
• Ensure retention, restricted-data, PII and audit-evidence requirements are addressed.
