Responsibilities
- Culture avian embryonic stem cells and test culture conditions.
- Dissect avian embryos to derive stem cell cultures.
- Characterize and QC stem cell cultures.
- Inject stem cells into avian blastodiscs.
- Assess editing efficiency via NGS sequencing.
- Attend lab meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain organized lab records.
