Job summary

GRS in Dallas seeks a Project Development Manager to lead a team delivering a multi-gigawatt pipeline of solar, BESS and hybrid projects across the USA. You will coordinate land search, permitting and grid interconnection while working with HQ on acquisitions, divestments and strategic partnerships.

The role requires 8–10+ years in renewable project development, strong financial and regulatory knowledge, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to Ready-to-Build milestones.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with business or finance valued (MBA preferred).
• 8–10+ years in PV, BESS, hybrid project development in the USA.
• Proven origination, land search, permitting, interconnection and M&A experience.
• Strong MS Office and project finance knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 5-person team to deliver portfolio milestones.
• Develop +2GW pipeline across US markets, especially ERCOT, SPP, MISO.
• Coordinate land search, permitting, environmental studies and interconnection.
• Manage project acquisitions/divestments in collaboration with HQ.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, Capex, and development spend with leadership.
