Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a sanitation associate to maintain clean, safe production areas and equipment in a fast-paced dairy facility. You will follow sanitation SOPs, keep accurate records, and ensure compliance with USDA/GMP standards.

Candidates should be able to work quickly, understand chemical safety, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Forklift certification is required; prior sanitation or machine operation experience is preferred to support ongoing quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Must understand chemicals and chemical safety.
• Must know how to stop and start all equipment that will be cleaned.
• Must know how to disassemble and reassemble all equipment that will be cleaned.
• Must work in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures including use of safety equipment.
• Must be Forklift Certified

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Follow and understand the “Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures”
• Keep accurate and correct records
• Clean the following equipment: RMC , cooker and cooker parts, fines savers, DMM and any other equipment or parts that may need cleaning
• Animal feed accountability
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and neat work area

• All other assigned duties
