Job summary

smaXtec Inc. seeks an experienced Dairy Management Advisor to help farmers optimize herd health and productivity using smaXtec’s technology. The role is field-based with direct farmer contact and travel up to 50% in the US and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities include on-farm installation support, data analysis for ROI, customer training, relationship building, and representing smaXtec at agricultural trade fairs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in the dairy industry with herd health or cattle management.
• At least 2 years in an Account Manager or consultant role in dairy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Animal Health, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and field-based problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports installation of smaXtec on farm premises.
• Uses system data to analyze ROI and supports customer success.
• Builds long-term customer relationships and upsell opportunities.
• Trains customers in system implementation and usage.
• Troubleshoots and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provides solution-oriented guidance for customer inquiries.
• Represents smaXtec at agricultural trade fairs and events.
• Maintains efficient use of the CRM for daily work.
