Job summary

Join smaXtec Inc., a leader in cutting-edge dairy technology, as a Dairy Management Advisor who is tech-savvy and knowledgeable about cow health. You will help farmers manage herd health and productivity using smaXtec’s technology, install on farms, train customers, and support ongoing success.

Role requires extensive travel (≈50%), strong dairy industry background, and a proactive, customer-oriented approach. Competitive benefits accompany a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in the dairy industry, preferably herd management or cattle health/feeding.
• At least two years in an Account Manager or consultant role, preferably in the dairy industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Animal Health, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time in the US and internationally as needed.
• Strong passion for cows and the dairy industry; hands-on field presence.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports installation of smaXtec on farm at our customer’s premises.
• Utilizes system and data collection to analyze return on investment and proactively supports customer success and experience.
• Builds and establishes long-term customer relationships and utilizing upselling potential.
• Trains and supports customers with the implementation and use of our system.
• Performs troubleshooting and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues timely.
• Provides solution-oriented and competent advice for a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Presents and represents smaXtec at agricultural trade fairs and events.
• Efficient use of our CRM system for daily work.
