Job summary

Kemps is seeking a Sales Account Representative to drive growth and strengthen relationships across the Metro Chicago market. You will support retail accounts, execute sales and merchandising strategies, and identify new business opportunities to expand Kemps' presence.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields and 6-7 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years in CPG. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required, and a valid driver’s license is needed for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field or equivalent sales experience.
6–7 years of relevant sales experience will be considered.
Proven ability to grow distribution and increase sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned retail accounts in the Metro Chicago market.
Execute sales calls, promotions, merchandising activities, and product displays.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers.
Present new products and programs to increase distribution and sales.
Analyze sales and market data to uncover growth opportunities.
Build relationships with store managers, owners, and key decision-makers.
Support store openings, product demonstrations, and events.
Resolve pricing, credit, and collections concerns.
