Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Food Science or Dairy Technology, 5+ years in food manufacturing, and the ability to work weekends, swing and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in food manufacturing; at least 1 year leading or mentoring others.
• Working knowledge of processing or packaging systems and equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly employees in NFDM and Lactose; ensure quality, safety, and production.
• Plan daily staffing to meet production goals and safety standards.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Communicate clearly to build trust and recognize performance.
• Oversee shift productivity, yield, and product quality, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
• Support sanitation and food safety programs to meet regulatory requirements.
