Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Denver, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor for our milk facility. You will oversee processing operations, lead a team of production associates, and ensure schedules, quality, safety, and adherence to GMPs.

You will collaborate with quality, logistics, and maintenance, drive continuous improvement, manage training, and address issues promptly to maintain smooth, compliant production.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• One (1) or more years of experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership in directing a diverse, unionized workforce.
• Ability to manage and develop employees.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of processing operations at the milk facility.
• Lead a team of production associates and ensure schedules and quality.
• Coordinate with quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence (OSHA, HACCP).
• Maintain production records and generate management reports.
