Job summary

Darigold, Inc. is seeking a Control Room Operator in Boise, Idaho to safely manage milk silo operations and monitor the separator/pasteurizer within the facility's food safety program. You will coordinate the daily production plan, ensure timely batching, and maintain accurate production records.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to GMP and quality standards. Experience in milk processing and inventory control is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receiving/Processing within a dairy or food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coordinate Batching and Mixing of bulk milk product.
• Familiarity with mix making processes and ingredients handling.
• Knowledge of ingredient inventory standards and lot tracking.
• Understanding of SOPs and operation importance.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient Milk Silo Management and Monitoring.
• Operate separator/pasteurizer per food safety program.
• Coordinate production plan with daily timeline.
• Maintain batching to production timeline and notes.
• Inspect and monitor batching and equipment for proper operation.
• Train others on control room operations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in batching area.
• Assist maintenance with routine tasks in assigned area.
• Collect production data and complete reports accurately.
