Job summary

Darigold is seeking a motivated Separator Operator at the Caldwell plant to operate HTST units, separators, and membranes, and manage incoming Bulk Milk shipments. The role focuses on safety and proper standardization equipment operation in a dairy processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year production experience preferred.
• Previous separator/dairy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform frequent milk and butterfat tests on cream as needed.
• Record and analyze test results; modify equipment operating parameters accordingly.
• CIP (Clean In Place) equipment as needed.
• Document all operations as required.
• Perform Operator Maintenance as required.
• Assist in training of new personnel.
• Minimize water usage and wastewater within job scope.
• Follow GMP and regulatory requirements.
