Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and development for processing staff on assigned shifts.
• Enforce safety programs and GMPs; ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Coordinate production run times, raw material flow, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate across shifts and departments to meet production goals.
