Wright’s Dairy Farm & Bakery in North Smithfield, RI is seeking a Dairy Processing Operator I for a full-time on-site role. You will operate either the HTST pasteurization system or the filling line, ensuring product safety, quality, and accurate labeling for retail and wholesale customers.

The position requires 2+ years in food manufacturing, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a dairy team across shifts. Must have a high school diploma or GED; training provided.

Qualifications

2+ years food manufacturing experience required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to follow safety protocols and SOPs.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn complex systems.
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate HTST pasteurization system or filling line as assigned.
Ensure product is properly pasteurized or filled, packaged and labeled.
Monitor equipment, record temperatures, and maintain logs.
Clean, set up, and perform changeovers on packaging equipment.
Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance.
Follow SOPs and quality control procedures faithfully.
Collaborate with dairy team to maintain production flow and reduce waste.
Troubleshoot minor issues and participate in improvements.
