Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a production line operator to operate filler equipment across product families, following regulatory standards and GMP.

You will clean, set-up, monitor, document quality checks, adjust timing, troubleshoot, collect samples, and prepare lines for next run while maintaining safety and teamwork.

This role requires a high school diploma and production experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use company systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse/production/general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler equipment and monitor packaging quality.
• Complete required documentation and quality checks.
• Make adjustments to filler timing and line changes safely.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Prepare equipment for next run and perform line changeovers.
• Maintain GMP and safety compliance.
