Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Processing Operator to help turn raw milk into high-quality cream cheese and yogurt products. You will support daily production, operate HTST equipment, and batch flavored products as needed in a fast-paced dairy environment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to GMP. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong reading skills, and at least two years of manufacturing experience. OT is not mandatory and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
• At least two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds at waist level and work in hot or cold conditions.
• Able to operate a pallet jack and stand‑up forklift.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily production of cream cheese and yogurt.
• Receive milk, operate HTST and other processing equipment, and batch flavored product as needed.
• Help ensure finished products are ready for packaging on the packaging floor.
• Follow GMP, housekeeping standards, and food safety procedures.
• Wear required PPE and meet OSHA safety requirements.
