Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a hands‑on manufacturing associate to support daily production of cream cheese and yogurt in a dairy facility. You will manage milk receipt, operate HTST and other processing equipment, and batch flavored products as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
• At least two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds at waist level and work in hot or cold conditions.
• Ability to operate an electronic pallet jack and stand‑up forklift.
• Commitment to safety, food quality, attendance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily production of cream cheese and yogurt.
• Receive milk, operate HTST and other processing equipment, and batch flavored product as needed.
• Help ensure finished products are ready for packaging on the packaging floor.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, housekeeping standards, and food safety procedures.
• Wear required PPE and meet OSHA safety requirements.
• Support a clean, safe, and team‑focused work environment.
