Dairy Farmers of America (Kemps) is seeking a standardizer to maintain, breakdown, and set up equipment, troubleshoot operations, and assist in producing cultured products. The role involves operating HTST #2, CIP, and completing PASS sheets while adhering to GMP and cross-department communication.

Flexibility for overtime and a fast-paced environment is required. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background).
• Comfort working in a wet environment and with dairy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, breakdown, and set up equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Operate HTST #2, CIP system, and fill out required paperwork and PASS sheets.
• Standardize products and follow GMP; communicate across departments and meet daily deadlines.
