Job summary

DALRY FARMS?DAIRY FARMERS OF AMERICA, INC. seeks an experienced operator to start up and run the whey processing (WPC) ultra-filtration system and related equipment according to the production schedule.

You will work with HTST and membrane systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years in a food manufacturing plant preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the WPC equipment and HTST/membrane systems per specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance on separators, pumps, valves, and membranes.
• Trace product flow through HTST, Ultra Filtration, and RO systems.
• Adhere to GMP and safety regulations; maintain safe working conditions.
• Identify process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset.
