Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a production/operations supervisor for its Bellevue, WA area. The role focuses on leading shift activities, building strong teams, and ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality production.

You will drive lean initiatives and oversee preparation, packaging, and distribution within a fast-paced facility. The ideal candidate has lean manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and 1–2 years in dairy or similar production settings.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage and develop employees.
• Experience with equipment/maintenance and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and direct operation activities on the shift and provide feedback to employees.
• Build teams and assign accountability.
• Develop a work environment that promotes trust, teamwork, quality and safety.
• Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with guidelines.
• Oversee ordering, processing, packaging, and shipping of plant products and services.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor progress on tasks and projects.
