Qualifications

• Associates degree in industrial arts, licensed electrician or equivalent.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs preferred.
• Must be flexible to accomplish necessary tasks.
• Scheduled work days and hours may be altered depending on job demands.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability.
• Ability to operate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing processing and packaging equipment and distribution systems.
• Diagnose electrical, panel controls and mechanical problems to ensure reliable operation.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
• Install and ensure optimum operation of manufacturing equipment with safety during setup and training.
• Troubleshoot control circuitry including PLC; ASI or Devicenet experience a plus.
• Read drawings and verbal instructions or sketches on equipment and systems.
• Complete routine paperwork such as PM work orders and log readings; maintain logs.
