You'll monitor changes, ensure correct labeling, perform CIP, and support GMP compliance while working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work a 12-hour schedule.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong written and oral communication."
• Ability to work in a noisy area.
• Computer literacy.
• English proficiency (reading, writing).
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented and adaptable.
• Willingness to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety on the assigned production line and suggest safety improvements.
• Maintain product quality per Stonyfield standards including mass, dosing, cups, codes.
• Monitor weight control, line checks, changeovers, startup/shutdown.
• Ensure products align with specifications and report deviations.
• Maintain GMP compliance and proper line housekeeping.
• Ensure proper labeling on all containers.
• Perform CIP to sanitize the line within allotted time.
• Record fruit and flavor consumption on operator control sheets.
• Adapt to changes and contribute to positive change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
