Job summary

Key responsibilities include maintaining product quality to Stonyfield standards, monitoring line changes, and ensuring GMP, labeling, and sanitation practices are followed. 12-hour shifts, with a rotating schedule, events, and continuous improvement encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a 12-hour schedule.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• English proficiency (reading, writing skills).
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and personnel safety for the assigned production line and recommend improvements.
• Ensure product quality meets Stonyfield standards (mass, dosing, cups, codes).
• Monitor weight control, line checks, changeovers, startup/shutdown.
• Adjust processes to specifications and report deviations to maintenance and supervision.
• Maintain housekeeping and GMP compliance; respect line zoning.
• Ensure containers have proper labels for compliance.
• Perform CIP on the line within the allotted timeframe.
• Maintain accurate operator control sheets for SKU runs.
