Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, two years of formal mechanical/electrical training or experience, ability to read schematics, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two years mechanical/electrical education or equivalent experience.
• Electrical work capability and motor control diagnostics.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, valves, and cylinders.
• Ability to use standard maintenance tools safely.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Complete a maintenance test as required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and/or repairs of production and utility equipment following safety procedures.
• Support installation of new equipment.
• Assist operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure repairs are documented.
• Adhere to DFA safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF policies.
