Job summary

The role focuses on asset care, budget management, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize production and quality across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, biochemical, biological, or engineering field.
• Minimum of 2+ years as a technical supervisor, manager, or leader in manufacturing; dairy, food, or beverage preferred.
• Team leadership experience in technical functions such as Maintenance Team Advisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineer, or similar.
• Licenses/Certifications in Maintenance, Reliability, and related areas are a plus. E.g., CRL, CMRP, CMM.
• Maintenance or Engineering Leadership Experience.
• World-class Maintenance concepts: Planning & Scheduling, Preventative & Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Precision Maintenance, and MRO Inventory Management.
• Maintenance, reliability, and operation of electronics, PLCs, robotics, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Reliability: Develop asset/infrastructure care strategy for efficiency and reliability.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop planners, schedulers, supervisors, and engineers.
• Cost Management: Manage budgets, optimize inventory, and drive cost-effective strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, SQF; maintain docs and training.
• Collaboration: Work with operations, quality, and engineering to prioritize tasks.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve equipment performance and reduce waste.
