Schreiber Foods in Richland Center, WI seeks a Maintenance Manager to ensure reliable machinery operation, uphold safety and SQF standards, and lead technical teams. You will drive asset care strategies, supervise planners and engineers, and manage budgets for cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 2+ years as a technical supervisor or leader in manufacturing; dairy/food is a plus.
• Proven team leadership in maintenance or engineering roles.
• Maintenance or reliability leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with world-class maintenance concepts and MRO practices.

Responsibilities

• Equipment reliability: develop asset care strategies for efficiency and reliability.
• Team leadership: mentor and develop planners, schedulers, supervisors, and engineers.
• Cost management: manage budgets and optimize spare parts inventory.
• Regulatory compliance: oversee OSHA, FDA, USDA, SQF compliance and training.
• Collaboration: coordinate with operations, quality, and engineering to prioritize tasks.
• Continuous improvement: drive initiatives to improve performance and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality Plans; audit and implement corrective actions.
