Job summary

CoreTechs Inc. in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Pasteurizer for a 90-day temp-to-perm assignment on 2pm-10:30pm or 10pm-6:30am shift. The on-site role requires legal work authorization in the United States and the ability to work overtime as needed.

You will monitor dairy production, follow batching SOPs, maintain sanitation, and ensure proper documentation. Experience with pasteurization equipment is valued; a high school diploma is required, and forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the dairy production process and follow SOPs for batching and processing.
• Maintain communication with other departments and notify management of issues affecting production.
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with laws/policies.
• Monitor fats, solids, allergens, and other related items in processing dairy products.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and perform CIP/hand cleaning.
