Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months in manufacturing, dairy, or related field preferred.
• Forklift certified or willing to become certified.
• Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions.
• Able to work in cold and wet environments and various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Measure ingredients, mix and batch products to meet recipe guidelines.
• Take inventory and record lot numbers.
• Execute pasteurizing process and homogenization.
• Set up tanks and CIP lines; test chemicals and adjust as needed.
• Operate pasteurizing systems and route product to correct tanks.
• Run tests for butterfat and total solids.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with GMPs and PPE.
• Attend to safety, quality, and documentation per SOPs.
• Be available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
