Qualifications

• 6+ months in manufacturing, dairy or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Ability to work in cold and wet environments.
• Ability to communicate to complete duties.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and odd hours.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and batch products per recipe.
• Record lot numbers and take inventory.
• Pasteurize and homogenize products to spec.
• Operate pasteurizing systems and CIP setup.
• Ensure safety, PPE, and QA documentation.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs.
