Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, train and hold employees accountable for safety, attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own shift-level performance for packaging operations across equipment and processes.
• Directly supervise packaging operators and ensure trained, certified operation.
• Lead shift execution including production runs, sanitation, changeovers and planned shutdowns.
• Facilitate shift handovers and communicate priorities and risks.
