Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Skilled Labor position in the United States. The role focuses on operating and maintaining packaging lines, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous production efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus strong math and computer skills; SAP experience is a plus. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or dairy production preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean each machine or process efficiently.
• Maintain product quality and ensure proper packaging.
• Set up packaging coders and validate product codes per specifications.
• Identify and report out-of-spec product conditions following notification protocols.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments using hand tools.
• Safely operate a lift truck to move materials as needed.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other operators to ensure maximum line efficiency.
• Perform changeovers, CIP, adjustments, and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain quality and efficiency while following all safety and GMP guidelines.
• Perform housekeeping duties within established standards.
