Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or dairy production.
• Strong math and computer skills; SAP experience a plus.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Consistent and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean each machine or process efficiently.
• Maintain product quality and ensure proper packaging.
• Set up packaging coders and validate product codes.
• Identify and report out-of-spec product conditions.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments using hand tools.
• Safely operate a lift truck to move materials.
• Complete production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with operators to maximize line efficiency.
• Perform changeovers, CIP, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Adhere to safety and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping per established standards.
