• Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage ordering and inventory balance.
• Price and display merchandise, maintain signage, rotation and space.
• Engage and counsel associates in merchandising and service.
• Implement company programs and maintain harassment-free environment.
• Provide input on budgets, goals and department results.
• Communicate with associates and customers to create a positive impression.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and sanitary standards.
• Maintain floor, shelf and display areas and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventories, store resets, remodels and promotions.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and feedback.
