The ideal candidate has dairy or grocery experience, can lead a team, and maintain FIFO stock, temperatures, and accurate records to support store excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in grocery retail, dairy, or refrigerated dept ops.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in cold environments.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Basic math, reading and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dairy cases stocked and rotated using FIFO.
• Receive and inspect dairy deliveries; report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper temperature-controlled storage and log temps.
• Keep department clean and compliant with health standards.
• Assist customers and handle inquiries and special orders.
• Supervise team members and schedule duties when needed.
• Manage inventory to meet margins and labor targets.
