Mollie Stone's Markets is seeking a Full-Time Dairy Manager at our Greenbrae location. You will oversee daily dairy operations, receiving, stocking, rotation, merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service, ensuring quality and food safety.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining safety standards while delivering excellent customer service. Competitive benefits accompany this union role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in grocery retail, dairy, or refrigerated dept operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in cold environments.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain dairy cases stocked and rotated using FIFO.
• Receive and inspect dairy deliveries; report issues.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of refrigerated products.
• Keep department clean and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries and service needs.
• Identify and discard expired or non-compliant products.
• Operate equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
• Support inventory with regular counts and shrink control.
• Follow policies and health and safety procedures.
