Responsibilities

• Perform analytical tests to evaluate products (Fat, Moisture, Calcium, Salt, Protein).
• Sample and coordinate external lab testing for chemistry and microbiology; report results clearly.
• Carry out daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of equipment and lab area; monitor reagents.
• Work closely with laboratory staff and ensure GMP and GSP compliance.
