Job summary

You will oversee staffing, coaching, and development, promote internal career growth, and ensure accountability for promotions and disciplinary actions. This role requires effective communication and a strong focus on safe, high-quality store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in different store areas and customer service experience helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach the team to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure staffing and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and career development.
• Manage P&L, sales and shrink. Maintain store standards and safety.
