• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must tolerate temperature fluctuations in the dairy/frozen area.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts and use pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with guests and coworkers.
• Stock and rotate dairy/frozen products on shelves according to standards.
• Maintain neat, safe work area for customers.
• Keep cooler/freezer overstock organized, inventoried, rotated and dated.
• Minimize damage and shrink through inventory control and proper handling.
• Assist unloading and verifying merchandise at delivery.
• Order dairy/frozen items to maintain levels and inventory control.
• Maintain paperwork for ordering and stock loss documentation.
• Maintain sanitation standards on sales floor and in coolers.
• Perform front-end duties as needed to uphold No Noticeable Wait.
