Harris Teeter in Indian Trail, NC seeks a Full Time Dairy/Frozen Management Assistant to help direct the dairy/frozen department and supervise up to 10 associates. You will assist in interviewing, training, planning, and directing work while ensuring accurate stocking and high customer service standards.

The role supports the Department Manager and emphasizes teamwork, training, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies. Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to supervise up to 10 associates in a fast-paced department.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills; English fluency required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Department Manager with direction, coordination and evaluation of the Dairy/Frozen department.
• Supervise, interview and train associates; assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Stock products, maintain standards, and ensure customer service in Dairy/Frozen areas.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and inventory procedures per company policies.
